Bulgarian, which is written as “български” is the official language of Bulgaria and it is Slavic belonging to language family called Indo-European. Modern Bulgarian that is spoken now dates to 1700’s and grammar structure has been evolving since. It has similar characteristics with other Slavic languages like Macedonian and Serbian.
